- 1 video/call meeting per week during your wedding month (as needed)

- Scheduling of and attendance to wedding venue tours (up to 4 venues)
- Vendor searching for all vendors categories
- Invitation and Save The Date assistance
- Wedding Etiquette advice throughout the planning process
- Budget management
- Final payment and gratuity distribution on wedding day
- Wedding Day Itinerary + 1 hour ceremony rehearsal
- Ceremony and Reception floor plan design
- Attendance to vendor meetings as needed + reviewing of all vendor contracts
- Communication with all booked vendors throughout the planning process
- Ongoing help with decor inspiration, floral styles, and design execution
- Assistance with any Do-It-Yourself projects
- Access to Say Yes With Jess decor inventory
- Supervision over vendor set up and tear down of vendors
- Set up + Clean up of decor
